Whenever a resident surrenders their unit, ask them honestly “Were you satisfied with this apartment?” If they say yes, ask them to leave a review. Just asking the question to satisfied tenants will help improve your score. Try to remember who was satisfied at the end of their lease and text or email them a link to the review page.  Your goal should be to make leaving a positive review an easy thing to do.
